NAT still move to moderate often (and always moderate in COD BO3)

i have a netgear WNR1000v3 and have set up port forwarding (list of ports used is from multiple sources)

and heres a quick speed test. (with netflix running and my laptop)(my ISP says i get 75 down too)

ok so with all that i still get a moderate NAT about 80% of the time on Xbox, and a moderate 100% on any COD(BO3 and AW)

what do i need to change to get it to stay open ..

Problems with controller/mic

I also noticed when playing BO3, it said my NAT was Moderate, when in my internet settings/connection its says i have a open NAT, I did format my router's DMZ to open the NAT. Its like my Xones Xlive says one thing, and BO3 says another??

 

Network issues, kinda backwards?

so Last night I noticed my cod iw Nat was moderate, so I looked in network settings and noticed it was moderate, I forwarded ports for cod and Xbox then it went to open. This morning I got on to check and it was back at moderate, so I disabled upnp and opened
a few more ports manually and it still said moderate, but my cod Nat says open. So just to recap, now my cod iw Nat is open, but Xbox says it's moderate. Please help if you can. I hope I posted this in the right place. I have CenturyLink. Up

when i was writing it was formatted correctly,

under UPnP

Advertisement Period (in minutes = 30)

Advertisement Time to Live (in hops= 4)

 

The reason to forward ports is if UPNP doesn't work , it should on that router , by doing both at the same time (forwarding ports AND UPNP on) you are probably confusing the router ...easiest thing would be to turn UPNP off and see if that helps , if not
, I would reset router to factory defaults and just try UPNP only...what kind od modem are you using ?

 

turning off UPnP make it so im unable to connect to xbox live, the modem is and arris or so,ething (provieded from isp) and they wouldnt give me access to the settings (its a modenAND router with wirless) so i told them to just turn of the wirless signal
and let me use my router and set it up with static IPs.

 

Yes , then it looks like your using 2 routers and are getting double nat , if you cant access the settings they will have to put it in "bridge mode"...that being said , check your bill , i'll bet they are charging you at least $10 a month for that router
, $120 a year!! I would give it back to them and get my own , that way you aren't "locked out" of your own internet settings...
