    I have tried troubleshooting my router/modem, from this post: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/9/t/7448.aspx .

    UPnP is enabled (and was before I encountered this problem). Since then I've enabled port forwarding for ports 3074 (TCP/UDP), 88 (UDP), 53 (TCP/UDP), 80 (TCP). I can't access my modem's Bridging mode settings because that would not be supported by my
    provider, Bell. I can't disable the firewall on my router, but I'm not even sure if there is one.

    I can't join or host and Xbox Live party, and I can't host games. The modem/router I use is a SAGEMCOM F@ST 2684, as far as I know it is a dual purpose modem and router.

    Port forwarding question

    If Ghosts' NAT status is correct, then it's likely. Moderate will limit who you can talk to and play with, but it will not stop you completely.

    I would take a note of any settings you want to use again (like your SSID and wifi password etc) reset the Hub to
    factory defaults so its back to how it was when you first unboxed it, then set your Xbox ip address/DNS to auto and see how that goes.

    Are you sure its your issue and not your friends? Its different hardware inside but the menu system should be the same. Which online games do you have issues with?

    I've seen this guide before and have attempted to use it, however my Hub is a type B and this guide does not seem to offer a guide for such Hub, although I have tried all the solutions suggested but with no better outcome :(

    Yeah please remove all forwarding and static ip addresses and any DMZ setup and reboot the router and Xboxes, some people say it does work with multiple Xboxes even with their custom firmware, some people struggle to get one Xbox with a NAT of Open without
    forwarding so... its hard to know who to believe
