Thank you. Yes, the IP on the xbox network settings is 192.168.1.5. About reconfiguring the settings, I already did. With IP, with DNS, with the ports and even reseting
the modem and putting all again.

I called already Hot and they can see and do just the same I can do. They don't have additional hidden settings that I don't see. They and me don't know what else can do... do you know about another solution?

the only other soloution i can think of is reconfigure the ip to a number that is ipv4 such as 192.168.104 or anything upto 210 and change the ip in the modem too so there both the same if all that fails the only other thing is to escelate this thread to
a microsoft agent

to do this you would need to go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us and chat with an agent as everything ive gone over with you is everything i know that shoould
have solved this issue when you go to support click contact us or webchat if that is available to you i would recomend calling support if that doesnt help as this seems like it isnt a issue with your isp but your console
