NAT: Moderate, Server connectivity blocked

I tried and the same thing happened, it keeps going to TEREDO is unable to qualify and the server connectivity is blocked but oddly enough every time I go to the XBOX networking setting, the NAT type is moderate and the server connectivity is blocked but then when I press fix it button, it goes to TEREDO is unable to qualify and server connectivity is blocked but sometimes the NAT type is moderate, I don't know how to explain it really, it just happens

If you are receiving a Moderate NAT message on your computer, you will need to open some ports on your router to be able to play online. The ports you need to open are:

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

If you don't know how to open these ports on your router, you can reach to your ISP or you can find tutorials online. I'm not sure if you speak portuguese (since your screenshot is in portuguese), but I can send you some tutorials for port forwarding in portuguese or english if you want.

Sad to say but my fix was changing internet providers smh

Tried everything on that page too, nothing worked. One thing I forgot to mention though: in the Xbox networking section of the Settings, it initially lists both the NAT Type and Server connectivity as blocked. However when I click fix it and then check again, the NAT Type is no longer blocked, it then says Moderate. Though Server connectivity is still blocked, and when I restart my computer NAT Type goes back to being blocked.

That's weird... on Nat Type I have "Moderate" too, but on Server Connectivity it says "Blocked". I tried every solutions featured

here, but without success.
