    Nat moderate issues to get on xbox live


    i cant log on xbox live i keep getting nat type moderate issues and i never use to get them and my internet is working fine. I can log onto my account but not xbox live

    problem with xbox live.connected.than disconnected,live partyand private chatt doesnot work.all this after buying a new 360 250 gb and reoploading my gamertag

    Nat moderate issues to get on xbox live

    Hey there.

    Have you tried unpluggigng your router for a hard reset, letting it sit for a few minutes and re-booting? This has kicked my NAt back into "open" previously.

    I have disconnect and connect my router and I reboot my xbox but aparently that didn’t do anything, it still doesen’t let me connect to xbox live.

    mine is also doing this. I also have open nat type so this hardly makes sense

    Can never connect to friends party's in games or on xbox live

    I would suggest testing your Xbox Live connection and see if you get a NAT warning saying your Nat is Moderate or Strict. If you do try the steps in the article below to resolve your issue.
