NAT keeps changing from Open to Strict after Packet Loss 100% error

After 3 days and well over 15 hours trying to sort out my Xbox One to play FIFA (not been able to do yet) I am still stuck.

I recognise that there has been an issue with 100% packet loss, but by NAT is still strict.

Here is what I have done:

NAT was strict so my broadband provider gave my Xbox One a Static IP, added Port Forwarding and manually applied my DNS settings. After 4 Hours I finally played an online game.

Yesterday, I went to play online and my NAT had returned to Strict. I had not changed any settings and my ISP have confirmed this. At this point the 100% packet issue was no longer apparent. After 3 Hours my NAT returned to Open. Still not sure why!

Today I have spent most the day, again trying to see why my NAT is Strict - I am yet to get it to return to open. My Packet Loss is 0% but Ping is 171.

Has anybody had the the same issue as me? I'm getting more and more frustrated as over a week on I still cannot use my xbox for what it is designed to do!

I Am having the same issue, but different router.

I've tried port triggering, but ends up 100% packet loss

Also I was able to have open NAT this morning when I changed my region to Spain on my router then later strict again.

I disabled the firewall.

Currently NAT strict

My ISP is Gartel

 

It is also worth noting that when I try to change my DNS settings from fe80::98e4:.... etc to 87.194.XXX etc. the console will not save the settings. Is anyone else finding this?
