NAT issues with my console now...

Since GTA updated to heists I wasn't able to connect. Thought it was them, posted. Said it was probably a networking issue on my end. Go into my Xbox One settings and it tells me my NAT is strict. Ok...sounded weird. I haven't changed anything and had
no problems with GTA before. Now I unplug my Xbox One from the wall...plug it back in and my NAT is now Open and I can play GTA again. Forget the fact that I started to set my console to manual..and before I unplugged it, the console decided to reset itself
to DHCP.

Anyone else having this issue and what the heck is going on with these machines?

NAT Type

My NAT type is not working, I just got a new modem from Comcast, and now the NAT type is unavailable. Any suggestions?

It's actually on minecraft haha
We used to play in a world with no issues. Now I went and changed my nat to open (for gta) and this is when I started to have issues. I have reset the settings and the issues are still present.
Can we lower pings?

It's possible that it's not your Xbox but maybe your xbox telling you something about your router/modem.

Start here but let's assume it's the modem/router if your Xbox one was or is normally OPEN

 

Now my xbox one won't connect at all to GTA online. But my 360 is fine and working. The NAT is open now.

Yeah, did what it said, but had to hard boot my xbox to get back in again.

 

Yeah it is back up again. I might end up having to take a chance with tech support. Too many weird happenings with this system lately.
