NAT Issues AGAIN!!!

I dont have a modem the router plugs directly into the wall socket.

Oh yes i have the "Address Reservation" option.

 

OK i have entered the xbox Wired MAC address and the ip address i have opened the ports to, rebooted router going to see what happens.

than one level of NAT in your data path. One Being the customer premises (your router) and one being the provider (ISP).

Just to rule out the possibility, if your connection is behind a Large Scale NAT (LSN) architecture, could you access the web-uitlity interface of your router and see if you can find the WAN/Internet IP address, which is the address assigned by your ISP.

Take a note of the WAN/Internet IP address and go to Current IP Check

Now, look at the 'Current Address' and tell me if this is the same WAN/Internet IP address, as your router shows as its WAN/Internet IP address. A simple yes, or no will do.

 

Also, make sure the reserved IP address is the same address your console obtains.

 

Thank you so much taidara, the post where you said reserve the ip address on the router did the trick, I have only just got back to be able to test it reason for long delay in post and it worked a charm.

This is why this community is far better than the PSN, thanks to you guys.
