    NAT is strict


    Xbox One says my NAT is strict and the UPnP is not successful. I can't join any multiplayer online games.

    So, I've tried everything that videos and websites have told me to do but I can't really do any of them because I live in an apartment building that provides wifi for the entire community. I just have a provide wifi extender in my apartment.

    Is my only option to call the provider? Will they even have a way to help? I'm just not sure who to ask but like I'm sure tons of other people in the apartment have consoles.

    What do I do to have the NAT open?

    Okay, it may be down to your NAT Type being strict or moderate. Have a look at the

    Nat Type Strict (Or Moderate)     to find out if you have a strict or moderate NAT Type, and how to resolve it.
