NAT IS STRICT TRIED EVERYTHING 'Can't get teredo ip'

This has been an issue for a month and a half now. One day I randomly got strict nat and I normally unplug modem plug it back in. I even got a new internet provider switched from CenturyLink to a local place and also switched modem and got a router. My
xbox 360 works perfectly the nat is open! Even my internet provider came to my home and DMZ'd it.

What Country/State/Province do you live in? WA, USA

Modem brand & model number: **** Touchstone

Router brand & model number: NETGEAR N300

How many Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles are connected to this router?: 1 Xbox 360 and 1 Xbox One

Wired or Wireless (for each console): Wireless for both

Things you have tried: Portforwarding, DMZ, UnUp

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown: Yes

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: Strict

Any Error Codes you encounter: Yes can't check right now

Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider): forgot the name'

Unable to connect to party chat at all on Xbox One. NAT type always strict and "Can't get a Teredo IP address" error testing multiplayer connection.

Hi guys is there anyone out there who can help me, ive got a strict nat and I have tried absolutely everything to make it open but no luck, port forwarding doesn't work, Dmz doesn't work, port triggering isnt available on my router and wired connection isnt
possible, I keep getting "cannot get teredo ip address" and then strict nat

Sorry to hear about the connection issues.

When you tried port forwarding for your Xbox One, did you turn off UPnP and DMZ?

Check IPv6 settings on your router

You will need to check your router’s confutation UI for an IPv6 settings page, and then look for the following options:

Allow Teredo tunnelling

Allow IPv6 tunnelling

Simple answer to most NAT issue is to just dump your XBox into the DMZ. Saves messing around with ports and all such things.

I had a nightmare with my NAT strict. I went through Microsoft, my ISP and the maker of my router. I did DMZ, router resets and reboots, port forwarding. So in the end I did something that nobody mentioned. I did a factory reboot on my Xbox one. I went from
Strict to Open but before I did the reset I moved all my games and apps to my external hard drive.

Having the exact same problem with comcast except when I run a multiplayer test it says no teredo ip, I have done EVERYTHING in my power to fix it and it still is strict and it still says no teredo ip. I have even bypassed my router completely and plugged
it straight into the modem, STILL CAN'T GET A TEREDO IP. WHAT

I get the same problem. My NAT type is Strict. I get the message "can't get a teredo ip address". the steps I tried were UPnP refresh, contacting my ISP and reseting my router and modem. my ISP is COX communications, and I have a linksys WRT120n router.
i dont know what to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I could! The options I can access from my computer aren't really options at all, more like a status update of whats going on. And comcast reps are more than clueless about whats going on. I don't get how I can speak to an "Internet Executive Support
Member" and they don't know the difference between a modem and a router. Like I said I have been through so many calls I am about to call quits. The fact the Cod: Ghosts is telling me that my nat is open and everything is fine while my xbox isn't makes me
wonder what is really going on. But in the end I haven't actually noticed a change in gameplay or matching making besides maybe one or two things so I am probably just going to let it play out for now. Again thanks for your guys help and if you have any other
suggestions please let me know.

Update:

So after months of unanswered questions, talking to reps, and hardly a response from the community (except a few, thank you Da Wife Said No and TheDyzaster), I have solved my problem and my NAT is open and everything is fine. The answer? Hard reset
the consolse. I put hardly 0 thought into the fact that the problem could lie in the console but lo and behold as a final effort and a last resort, it worked. So to everyone that is having a teredo ip and or NAT problem such as mine, just as a last
resort complete reset your xbox.
