NAT is all messed up...

So I had no problems with my NAT on the Xbox 360, but since switching over to the X1 it's been a nightmare.

Some days my NAT is open with no problems but most of the time it's moderate with a problem getting a teredo ip address. I tried following the Xbox suggestions (found here:

http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/networking/multiplayer-connection-error-solution) but that wasn't working so i turned to the forums for answers. Some suggested going to Advanced Settings and 'Clearing' the 'Alternate MAC' but that just made my NAT
Strict and a teredo ip still can't be found. I am so lost it's not even funny.

Some extra info: I live in Texas, have Verzion FIOS (using a 'Ultraline Serires3 Model 9100EM router) and a D-Link DIR-655 Modem.

Jigsaw all messed up

What in the world is going on with the Microsoft jigsaw game?? Challenges are not loading at all, hasn't all month so far. I can play regular games, but went to downloadable games, and bought the puppies pack. It goes to download and the whole thing shuts
down and does not download. Tried to open up the game again, go to download again and boom, the whole game shuts down again. Anyone else having this issue and is there any idea on how to fix this??

 

If having a problem with obtaining an Teredo IP adress you maqy plqease call your provider to ask, if they maybe block the teredo protocol, as the dlink routers are not blocking it.
