    Nat Geo App crashes be back to home screen


    So when I try to watch the Nat Geo app it crashes. I launch it I can see it loading and I see the code i'm supposed to enter in to activate it for a second then it crashes and send me back to my home screen? I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I
    have also power cycled the Xbox One (hold the power button for 10 seconds then unplugged the brick from the wall, waited 10 more seconds then plugged it back in and booted it up) Didn't help? Any Ideas?

    NHL GameCenter Constantly Crashes (10/18/2014)

    Update: These crashes only seem to be happening with the NHL app on Xbox One, but not Xbox 360. I've turned on my old Xbox 360 and have been able to watch that same feed just fine without the application crashing back to the home screen.

    On the Xbox One the NHL App crashes back to my home screen after a couple of minutes of watching.

    Kinect Nat Geo Season Pass not working

    Hello,

    I just bought a brand new copy of Kinect Nat Geo TV America the Wild.

    This game includes a season pass which includes all Year 1 episodes for the Nat Geo TV App.

    - when i enter the code in the "redeem code" tab on my xbox 360 console, i get an invalid code error.

    - Also I can't find the Nat Geo TV app in the apps tab on my console.

    - If i try to download the App via the main menu of the game, i get another error.

    Any help with getting my brand new season pass and the Nat Geo App to work would be appreciated.

    Kinect Nat Geo TV isn't working

    This is the message I got from Xbox Support...not much help I'm afraid:

    I have read your case notes and chat transcript and understand that you are having an issue with the NAT Geo TV service. Currently we have no issues being reported regarding the service not working.

    For all our apps, we provide "best effort" support. It appears that you have already deleted and reinstalled the app which would resolved most issues.

    Since the service depends on an approved TV provider, you may want to contact them to see if there is a problem.

    Also you may want to contact NAT Geo TV support for a resolution to your issue:

    Kinect Nat Geo TV isn't working

    One other thing: I think there is some confusion between the Kinect Nat Geo TV app and the Nat Geo TV app. These are 2 different apps. The 1st app is a game (does not require Gold or a TV provider), while the 2nd app is a TV app (requires Gold and a TV Provider).
