Meu NAT nao fica aberto por nada!

Eu ja li diversos tópicos da Microsoft, ja entrei em contato com minha internet, eles já abriram todas as portas que a Microsoft pede, ja me deram um IP próprio e nada! A minha internet disse que o problema é por conta da Microsoft.

E eu por nada nesse mundo também, eu nao consigo falar com algum suporte da Microsoft!

Para uma empresa desse porte, o atendimento ao cliente é horrível!

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with your Xbox One's NAT type being strict. Do you mind posting what exact troubleshooting steps you've taken in effort to resolve this issue? You may want to try contacting your Internet Service
Provider to ensure connection to Xbox Live is allowed through your network.

Este problema de NAT normalmente é resolvido junto com o seu provedor, você pode solicitar a eles para habilitar a função UPnP no seu equipamento, assim ele vai liberar o acesso a qualquer porta que o Xbox ou outro equipamento solicitar.

Você pode tentar fazer um Power Cycle no teu console, pode ser que ajude.

É só segurar o botão de Ligar do seu console durante 10 segundos, e depois ligar normalmente.

Hey Wyctor,

I'd be happy to help. Have you checked your router settings to make sure teredo tunneling is enabled and the UPnP is also enabled in the router settings?

I would suggest looking over this
guide for Strict NAT types or teredo IP address issues that usually causes Strict or unavailable NAT types. There are 8 possible solutions on there.

I hope there is some helpful information on there that can resolve the issue.

It's nothing related to Teredo and yes my Upnp is activated.
