NAT Error on Fifa 15 online seasons

Hi

We have had our xbox one for a week and had nothing but trouble. When in fifa 15 (which was a downloadable version) signs in fine connects to ea servers fine.

But when we go on to seasons and search for a random online player, it says opponent found and then an error comes up 'Your opponents NAT settings may be set to Moderate/Strict and can not connect' this happens everyday so i know its not the opponents settings.
i have been on to settings by NAT settings are open and also tested multiplayer connection which is fine too.

I have been online to chat to microsoft and they take me through steps which clears the persistent storage in settings for disc/blu ray. and then i have to go to clear MAC address address and then it resets the xbox. When i go into fifa after this it will
work for about 2 games and then we get the same problem again.

Please help : ( had no trouble at all with xbox 360 on fifa 15 : ??

Xbox 360 Wireless Headset Causes Me to Disconnect From Xbox Live

I bought a wireless headset and dissapointed because on online friendlies on fifa winning by 15 points but disconnecting made me lose the season

 

Fifa 15 Online Squads or Online Info Error

Some players are getting the error "There was a problem getting your online information, Please try again later" or "There was a problem downloading online squad, Please try again later" when trying to play Online Seasons or Fifa Ultimate Team.

In order to resolve this issue , you can follow the troubleshooting below :

In Main Menu of FIFA 15 -> Customize -> Profile -> Delete -> "Match Day Squad" and "Online Squad".

In Main Menu of FIFA 15 -> Customize -> Edit Teams -> Reset All Squads.

In Main Menu of FIFA 15 -> Customize -> Edit Teams -> Download Updates.

Then you can return to main menu and start the Online Seasons or FUT.

What support has done is a practical fix for this problem, and if you say the problem persist I recommend you look into Port Forwarding your router to completely eliminate the restriction all together!

This has been done to me keep searching sometimes you do come across people with there nat closed

 

I'm having an issue with this,

My NAT is open, and the screen ever says "open" but i haven't been able to connect to anyone for about 2 days...

i would understand if its an every now and then thing, but this isn't its an every attempt thing

 

Having the same issues here!! Port Forwarding has not helped. Mine was also a downloaded copy of Fifa 15 for Xbox 360. I can play 1 game almost every time, but once that is over, "connection with your opponent has been lost"

If I then sign out of Xbox Live - it won't let me reconnect! So frustrating. I think I will contacting to request a refund.

 

Same issue with my opponents NAT setting preventing match from connecting. I'm on a XBO playing off a disc and the system claims everything is good on my end. Open NAT, good connection, etc. , I've searched all the forums, followed all the recommended port
forwarding steps, and I still cannot connect to a single seasons match, friendly, co-op and it says there isn't anyone online. This isn't your typical router issue.

Since today I also experience trouble finding opponents on Fifa 15. The previous months I had no problems whatsoever. Now after finding an opponent I get a message saying the game disconnected because my opponent probably has a moderate or strict NAT. It
also says that mine NAT is open. I just wanna play some seasons matches, so how do i fix this problem?

This is getting ridiculous for the last 5 days this all happened to me out of nowhere and no opponents were ever found since... I've called ea countless times and still no solution...my nat is open and everything I've reset my console done step by step yadi
yadi yadda still nothing. I need help ASAP Should I call ea Microsoft or my ISP?

 

AND the same problem occurs with EVERY ea game that I own! I only own ea games but it might also occur with all games That I own so I'm not sure what's the issue

 

Can we please get a response on how to fix this problem, I bought the disc version so now I can't return it and I would like to play the *** game.
