NAT Error. Can't connect

    Can't connect to party

    Can't connect to party coming up error code, but my NAT is open, so don't see a reason why?

    can't connect to xbox live

    there isn't a NAT error, there's just a warning that I can't connect to teh Xbox Live right now...

    Hey there VitiableRook551,

    Nigeria isn't actually an officially supported country on our
    Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions     list.

    To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, it could mean that some features may not work properly.

    We can try some basic troubleshooting for the NAT error, but it may not resolve the issue fully.

    First try to do a Network power cycle, to see if it helps.

    • Start by powering off and unplugging your Modem, Router (if applicable) and Xbox One console.
    • After 60 seconds of the devices being powered off, turn on the power to your Modem and then the Router (if applicable).
    • Wait another 60 seconds for the network equipment to turn on and gain the proper signals from your ISP. Then turn on your Xbox One console.
