    Naruto to Boruto Shinobi Striker keeps crashing


    I have spent well over $100 on this game, and I can't even use it because the game keeps crashing. I have read your "solutions" to other people such as: clearing cache data, un installing and reinstalling the game, reseting my Xbox, etc. But that just leaves me right back where I started. The game is online only, but it does have an online and offline battle mode, the only time it crashes is when I try to play the online battle mode. Everyone in this community knows that the only reason you haven't fixed it is because it's not a "big profit" game and we are sick of this treatment to games that we enjoy. I want this fixed or my money back. Please and thank you.

    I'm not going to kid you, it’s 100% the servers. doesn’t happen on any other game and it also crashes on PS4 as well. It's been happening since January on both platforms so this isn't on Microsoft but on the game developers. I hope they resolve this soon as well.
