Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker HELP ME OUT!

All right, well I am already told that the data that has been "overwritten" cannot be retrieved. However, I am not so sure now. Everything about the restarted character points to my old character (which was almost 2 years of work). When I first started
the game, the controls for the game were the basic (which I switched around after creation), the camera sensitivity was at 5 (that's the regular sensitivity) but once I looked - the camera sensitivity was at 10 (where I had it on my previous character), and
most troubling- there is previous event data from my old character still posted. No one who did that much of the events would be tier 1, level 4 (my original character was tier 16, level 4). Was I hacked???? And if so, can I not get my original data back????
I have spoken to Bandai about this and they claim they do NOT keep track of every character made on the game; which I find very hard to believe. If they didn't keep track of all of the characters created then how is the game still working?
