Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker Game crash

Habe beim Englischen/Amerikanischen Xbox Support folgende Nachricht geschickt:

Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker Game crash (online)
That issue that 50% of the people that play this game have. I've looked at answers you have given to other people who have previously asked about the same issue. All the responses have been the same, either you tell them to factory reset, hold the power button until it goes off and wait to turn it back on, uninstall and reinstall and clear cache, etc... NONE of these methods have worked, neither for me or anybody else and it is extremely frustrating that you guys refuse to fix it! I've spent my fair share of money on DLC for this game and to not even be able to play the game without it crashing is ridiculous. Please fix it! It has to be a server issue on you guys end because I haven't heard of the issue happening with any playstation players. Have been having the same issue for 3 years now. All I ask is that you guys please try and fix this! and yes , shinobi striker is the only game this happens with, so no it isn't corrupted.

(Kurz und knapp: bei dem Spiel Naruto to Boruto Shinobi Striker stürzt das Spiel, beim Versuch Online zu spielen, immer ab. Am Spiel/Entwickler liegt’s nicht und alle Tipps und Tricks von euch im Sinne von Konsole Neustarten oder Cache löschen bringen null was)
Leider werde ich nur von A nach B und wieder von B nach A geschoben vom Xbox Support. Am Ende habe ich die Nachricht bei Xbox Insiders auf Reddit gepostet, wurde aber allerdings von euch 3 Stunden später wieder gelöscht. Kann mir dabei vielleicht mal einer helfen?? Oder zumindest sagen so ich mal jemanden richtig erreiche/erreichen kann??
