Ok does your account region match your actual region if not that would be why

If yoU don't live in an Xbox live supported region you cannot get it

 

Sorry but you are wrong, because i bought all the addons except this one, you can buy whenever you want with the debit card,

 

If you are using a vpn that would be why it's not reliable

for the best experience with Xbox live your account region must match your actual region

Or it could be your payment option that is also the result of that error

 

Omg. allright listen, i bought these variety packs 1 week ago, variety pack 1, then i bought another stuff for another games, everything is fine with my debit card with my region, i even created another account to and different payment option just to buy
this variety pack2, but all of them get the same error code, you really dont know what you are talking about...

contact your isp and ask for a gateway resolve

Easy way to tell is speed test.net shows you where your gateway is resolving

 

Whenever the error is appearing in different areas and your account region matches your actual region not counting us bases

then it is your isp dns issue

to fix that headreset your modem and router for 5mins or contact your isp to change your gateway

And explain about the download issue if they ask why

You really don't know what you are talking about lol , I just had a chat with customer support agent. He tryed to buy Variety pack 2 , he got the same error code . He said he will report this issue to publishers. Also if you could read carefully, I written
that I bought all addons from this game except the variety pack2, there is an issue with the self addon not my BILLING INFORMATION.

 

Billing issues don't occur every time omg

If you bought it 1year ago then an billing issues occurs 1month ago because of a mismatched region or your company starts blocking that transaction then it Will only occur with that account

Look at that error it is a billing error

Try it with another content that's free if the error occurs with the new content then it's not the publisher

 

Billing errors don't usually occur a cross accounts thoughunless you are using prepaid credit cards

Which support did you contact billing or live if live theye don't resolve or see billing issues

so i bought 5 of them, bought another one yesterday, not years ago for **** sake,

another one came out yesterday, i bought it , but the older one which came out 2weeks ago cant be bought because it shows the error it might be its not out in europe, its in marketplace but its actually pulled out, i asked help from downloadable content
support for **** sake, he said all this thing and that its the glitch in the addon, another one from billing support said the same ting, for **** sake, NOW do you understand or not ?????
