Naruro to Boruto: Shinobi Striker closes when playing online

Hello.

I know that the game of naruto has had maintenance due to problems, in theory this has been solved, but every time I try to play online, the game closes and returns me to the desktop of my xbox.

According to what I have been told from Bandai, the problem is not for them, the problem is the Microsoft's servers.

This sounds like a game crash and is not usually connected with servers.

Please turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds and then try to play the game online again. This clears cache and usually fixes small issues like this.

The game connects sometimes, 2 times out of 10 attempts, I've even reinstalled several times, and it just happens to me with Shinobi Striker.

Try reinstall the game and try clearing cache. Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10
seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

 

Indicate that the game is always online, the lobby works correctly, where we are hundreds of people at the same time, moving freely through the "virtual city", and only fails when you go into battle.

I will also try uninstalling and cleaning cache.

It sounds to me like it could be a corrupted game file or download, I would try uninstalling the game, Then clearing local saved games before installing again. I would also check to make sure the game doesn't need an update too

 

I have reinstalled the game, as I said, about 5 or 6 times, I deleted the saved games, cleaned the cache and restarted the console to the factory state. from the support of Bandai, the only thing they tell me is that the problem is Microsoft's servers,
