Narrator won't turn off

This seems to be happening to one movie in particular- T2: Trainspotting. I have been wanting to see it for a while and just purchased it for $14.99. Nowhere in the movie description did it say anything about a narrator. It's NOT the Microsoft narrator speaking.

If it is not the console narrator you are hearing then you will need to look in the DVD/Blu Ray menus for a section that may be listed something like languages or audio/subtitles and you should find be able to select a non audio descriptive sound option
there.

if the button to turn off narrator is disabled in the game, it could be your Xbox Narrator itself been turned on somehow? Just hold in the Xbox Home button until the turnoff power menu appears, then in the bottom right you will see Narrator... push options
and turn it off if it is on and that should fix it.

I seemed to have fixed it. When the console updated, it glitched out and turned the narrator on, but the glitch cause the narration to not work. All I did was turn the narrator off and now all is good.

Hi Aaron,

To turn off narrator hold the xbox button and go to narrator, it then should ask you Do you want to turn it off, select yes. If its still on after you turn it off, a quick restart should fix this.

You can also adjust the narrator settings in Settings - Ease of access - Narrator then switch off.
