narrator own my xbox, completly lagged!!help me xbox support

i search since yesterday for a support in french, i didnt find any. so ill do my better to talk you in english. one of my xbox ive buy here in the microsoft store is now completly freeze by the narrator function, i cant use my controller to restart or
go in parameters. why microsoft dont have phone number for support?

Narrator does not turn off!

I've tried to turn off the narrator by holding home button and then press the 3 line button; that does not work. I've also tried to go to "All Settings">"ease of access">"Narrator" and everytime I try to turn it off, it keeps turning back on, on its own!
please help. It makes the Xbox slow!

hi my chat says that the feature is blocked when I try to type something in the Xbox app please give me support my game lagged me off and I couldn't text my friend that and he left and I don't know if he's mad or confused or what please help

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Let's have you first power cycle your console if you're still seeing issues with your Xbox One. The next step would be to reset your
router/modem—you will need to unplug the power cable for that, wait 15-20 seconds, then plug it back in.

Additionally, for the future, be sure to go here for
phone and chat support to speak with Xbox Support other than the forums if you'd like.

I play xbox live games on the computer. After I log in to my account, the narrator will be automatically turned on, but it can't be turned off.
I have tried to close the narrator of win10, but I can't also close the narrator in the game;

I try to reinstall the system. Before I log in to xboxlive, there is no narrator, and there is no narrator who logs in to a new created account.However, once I log in to my own account, the narrator will open it. No matter whether I log out or switch accounts,
it cannot be closed.

I can only imagine how annoying that can be when the Narrator speaks your every move.

I would recommend accessing your settings over your PC or Xbox Live Settings, then going to the Ease of Access section to disable the Narrator Feature. Or try possibly looking up Narrator in your settings to see if maybe the Narrator is still enabled.

DrifterX22: i'm trying to play on xbox, not windows 10. i'm using narrator on my pc sometimes, and windows version of narrator supports russian, but i can't enable narrator if my xbox one on russian language
