Narco road not opening all levels.

This is totally unacceptable, I wouldn't buy a bicycle without wheels, I couldn't use it... I was looking forward to purchasing Fallen Ghosts, but feel that it could be a waste of money as it could have the same problem...

To say that there is no way of correcting the problem, by a company like Ubisoft is totally unacceptable...

Please advise on a suitable reimbursement or repair... Don't allow this to be a media attention circus... many thanks.

Achievement

I've gotten all the collectibles in the game and all the legends in the game as well the legends achievement unlocked for me but the "the whole story" achievement doesn't wanna unlock when I look at my achievements for the game it says 99% and that's the
only achievement I need to unlock now in the game before the release of narco road Dlc and when I look at all the provinces in the game it says that I have unlocked all files someone please help me I must get this last achievement before narco road dlc

 

Ghost recon wildlands DLC issue

Yes, i have checked again and it lists the Unidad connection as being installed, along with Narco road, the peruvian connection and the special edition patches and so on.
