Olá, estou com um problema decorrente pois quando tento entrar em um mundo de uma amigo meu parece varias vezes "não foi possível se conectar ao mundo" isso acontece com todos amigos que tento entrar no mundo

Observação: meu NAT é aberto e também dos meu amigos, meu Minecraft é de conta compartilhada e antes só consegui entra no mundo de um amigo meu, mas agora ate mesmo ele esta ocorrendo o Erro

Ficaria agradecido se me ajudar a arrumar esse erro.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

What might be occurring, PIAZZA, could be inconstancies on either your network or your buddies.

If possible, merely for testing purposes, I would recommend attempting to connect to an alternate network [such as a mobile hot spot] and see if we can determine if it could be your network configuration that could be causing this interference.

If you are able to connect to your friends world this way, you might want to try to use

port forwarding in order to give your network the best connection to Xbox Live possible.

Hello Piazza,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues connecting to others world. To enable the cross play you will need to do the following:

Log onto the parent account
Go to family then manage family members
Select the child profile
go to privacy and online safety then Xbox live privacy
then go to view details and customize-communication and multiplayer
Then select you can play with people outside of Xbox live and select allow
to allow them to communicate also select "you can communicate outside Xbox live with voice and text

Você já fez testes de conexão de internet? Tentou jogar em outro console com a mesma conta ou com outra conta no mesmo console?

Hey there Bianca,

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem, I see you have found that this happens when you are connected to your Wi-Fi, do you have the same problem if you use your cellular data itself or if you connect to a different wireless connection?

If this is the case then as you stated the issue is coming from the network side, you would simply need to reach out to your internet service provider to see what could possibly be blocking the game from loading properly.
