comprei o Minecraft recentemente no ps4 e não consigo entrar no mundo dos meus amigos e nem eles conseguem entrar no meu, alguns conseguem entrar em um mundo de um dos amigos, então achamos q pode ser erro de nat, pois só os que tem a mesma fornecedora de
internet conseguiram, eu e mais um amigo nn conseguimos conectar por termos fornecedoras de internet diferentes, já tentamos de tudo e nada resolve

Olá, Aparece algum tipo de mensagem de erro? Eu recomendo verificar a rede e abrir as portas de seu modem e de seus amigos, para deixar a nat aberta, posso ter passar os links de quais portas devem ser abertas. Já tentaram essa opção?

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

What might be occurring, PIAZZA, could be inconstancies on either your network or your buddies.

If possible, merely for testing purposes, I would recommend attempting to connect to an alternate network [such as a mobile hot spot] and see if we can determine if it could be your network configuration that could be causing this interference.

If you are able to connect to your friends world this way, you might want to try to use

port forwarding in order to give your network the best connection to Xbox Live possible.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

Hello Piazza,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues connecting to others world. To enable the cross play you will need to do the following:

Log onto the parent account
Go to family then manage family members
Select the child profile
go to privacy and online safety then Xbox live privacy
then go to view details and customize-communication and multiplayer
Then select you can play with people outside of Xbox live and select allow
to allow them to communicate also select "you can communicate outside Xbox live with voice and text
