Não foi possivel fazer o Download (Xbox360)

Faz 3 dias que estou tentando baixar alguns jogos no meu Xbox360 e não consigo pois sempre eles carregam até 80% e da esse erro, ou fica no 0% e dá esse erro, fui atras de resolver o problema e varias pessoas tem o mesmo problema, e até agora n achei solução
só me falam soluções genericas como limpar o cache e etc. Se puderem me ajudar agradeço desde já.

I also had this problem that the games do not download, so what I do is that I clear the cache and then I download the game and turn off the console so that the game continues to download, because if
I started playing something After a while the download stopped and said that the game could not be downloaded.

I was having this same issue, but I found a solution that works for me every time. Download the game in the background when your console is off.

STEPS:

1. Enable "background downloads" in the system settings.

(System -> Console Settings -> Startup and Shutdown -> Background Downloads -> Enable)

2. Start the download for the game(s) you are having issues with.

3. Power off the console.

4. Wait for the power indicator to stop pulsing.

5. Power on the console and check if the game(s) finished downloading.

(System -> Storage -> Install Location -> Games and Apps -> Game Title)

I've successfully downloaded 3 games with this solution. I recently downloaded Rainbow Six Vegas with this method because it is a part of this week's Deals with Gold.

Sim vejo a compra inclusive ...a nota fiscal da compra foi emitida.

Porém não aparece o jogo no meu histórico de download do console xbox360 ...cara preciso de ajuda faz uma semana que comprei não consigo joga . Não sei mais o que fazer não queria pedir reembolso...pois a oferta que aproveitei era muito boa. Me ajude .

O meu filho não consegui-o jogar como não tem a xbox e não tem os 14 dias mas não aparece para fazer a devolução como não foi baixado o jogo que posso fazer??

Não estou conseguindo baixar o symphony of the light mesmo agora que foi oficialmente oferecido na live gold. Pela internet, depois que clico na permissão de compra, entra numa tela branca e não prossegue. Mesma coisa no celular. No meu console, diz que
não está disponível para minha região. O problema é que o download está disponível até amanhã só. Não sei mais o que fazer.
