Thank you for keeping us updated. The moderate NAT type indicates that there should be some sort of connection to Xbox Live through your computer. There is another area in the network settings that you can check for a valid connection to Xbox Live.
This is the server connectivity setting in the network settings. Does it show that it is blocked?

If it is blocked, we have a support article that provides solutions for
server connectivity issues on Windows 10. If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend performing

a clean boot. A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs,

It actually says "Moderate" and the others are working and connected.

I did it, and the problem kept the same. Can't log in the Microsoft Store, neither Xbox Live games.

The connectivity is not showing blocked, it shows working. I do think my internet is not the problem :/

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. When you try and sign in do you get any error codes? You can try to

power cycle the console, when it is off unplug the console for about a minute. After you plug it in turn the console on then try and sign in. If unable to please post any error that you get or what the console does when you try.
