    Faz mais ou menos 1 mês que começou a aparecer uma mensagem nos grupos em que eu estava dizendo que eu precisava ajustar as configurações para poder participar do grupo, e logo em seguida eu ficava como desconectado. Eu fui ver as configurações de rede e
    fiz o teste para multijogadores, estava aparecendo a mensagem "Não foi possível encontrar o endereço de ip teredo". O ping nos jogos fica horrível e eu não consigo jogar e nem participar dos grupos dos meus amigos. Liguei para a cabo e o atendente me disse
    para pesquisar "cmd" no computado na barra de executar e ajustar as configurações de ip manualmente pq o videogame não estava conseguindo pegar os endereços de ip sozinho. Fiz isso e não adiantou de nada, o videogame continuou com a Nat estrita e os mesmos
    problemas.

    Já tentei de quase tudo e não resolveu, estou meio desesperada... Alguém sabe como resolver?

    multiplayer error article     to resolve the issue? There is a specific section of the support page which pertains to this error message. Also, it is possible that your router or gateway needs to have teredo tunneling enabled. This is a filter that can cause
    this error message to appear. You can find out if your router or gateway has the teredo tunneling setting by looking in the router settings. if you received your router or gateway from your internet service provider, they will be able to assist you with finding
    this settings. Be sure to let us know the results!
