Não foi possível conectar ao mundo (Could not connect to the world)

Gostaria que alguém me auxiliasse : Há algumas semanas eu havia baixado no meu celular o Minecraft PE (pirata) , que funcionava normalmente , depois de uns 4 dias resolvi comprar o jogo original, e para minha surpresa aparece todos os servidores normalmente
, mas ao selecionar algum ele fica "Conectando ao servidor" por muito tempo , até o momento que ele diz "Minecraft não está respondendo" e fecha o jogo.

Descobri que esse problema está relacionado á internet que uso em casa , pois eu já havia reinstalado o App diversas vezes , apaguei todas as pastas relacionadas ao jogo , inclusive mundos (para não ter a possibilidade de ter misturado arquivos do original
e pirata), resetei meu celular com as configurações de fábrica , tudo, tudo mesmo; mas ao tentar logar no meu local de trabalho impressionantemente o jogo abre em qualquer server, fui testar em outros lugares e também funcionou .

A questão é ... Porque nesse wi-fi em específico (da minha casa) ?

** Já alterei o IP da minha internet e não adiantou

** Já resetei o Modem e não funcionou

A única medida que consegui provisóriamente é usar aplicativos de VPN que ocultam o IP da internet (mas são aplicativos pagos que tem um período de 1 semana de teste grátis que é oque estou utilizando no momento ) .

Alguém poderia me ajudar por favor?

Já entrei em contato com o suporte Mojang , porém eles disseram apenas pra eu reinstalar o jogo , mas como já informei anteriormente , já fiz isso pela 4° vez. Segue abaixo prints do problema que ocorre :

Hey there Bianca,

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem, I see you have found that this happens when you are connected to your Wi-Fi, do you have the same problem if you use your cellular data itself or if you connect to a different wireless connection?

If this is the case then as you stated the issue is coming from the network side, you would simply need to reach out to your internet service provider to see what could possibly be blocking the game from loading properly.

What might be occurring, PIAZZA, could be inconstancies on either your network or your buddies.

If possible, merely for testing purposes, I would recommend attempting to connect to an alternate network [such as a mobile hot spot] and see if we can determine if it could be your network configuration that could be causing this interference.

If you are able to connect to your friends world this way, you might want to try to use

port forwarding in order to give your network the best connection to Xbox Live possible.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

Hello Piazza,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues connecting to others world. To enable the cross play you will need to do the following:

Log onto the parent account
Go to family then manage family members
Select the child profile
go to privacy and online safety then Xbox live privacy
then go to view details and customize-communication and multiplayer
Then select you can play with people outside of Xbox live and select allow
to allow them to communicate also select "you can communicate outside Xbox live with voice and text
