    DESDE DE MANHA, TENTO ENTRAR, FICA UMA BOLINHA CARREGANDO MAS NÃO CARREGA, DIZ QUE "ALGO DEU ERRADO, TENTE NOVAMENTE MAIS TARDE", E UM NUMERO DE ERRO "0X80860010".

    NO OUTRO PERFIL DA PRA ENTRAR TRANQUILAMENTE, PORÉM NÃO TENHO ACESSO AOS JOGOS, EÓ ÚNICO JOGO QUE TENHO ACESSO, PRECISO RECOMEÇÁ-LO DO ZERO ...

    JÁ CONECTEI O XBOX EM OUTRA RE DE INTERNET, SEI QUE O PROBLEMA NÃO É ESSE.. MAS AINDA ASSIM NÃO ENTRANÃO ENTRA NEM NO NETFLIX !!!

    TUDO DEMORA A CARREGAR, CONFIGURAÇÃO, ASSISTÊNCIA, LOJA.
    RARAMENTE ENTRA NESSAS COISAS

    ALGUÉM SABE OQUE DEVO FAZER? JÁ ACONTECEU ISSO COM VOCÊS?

    ATE ONTEM DE NOITE ESTAVA TUDO CERTO, CERCA 1:30 DA MANHA..

    Hello Ricardo,

    It is understood that you're experiencing an issue with being able to sign into your account.

    We recommend trying a power cycle
    of the console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a
    soft factory reset of the console,
    reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out first and let us know the results.
