Não consigo baixar um jogo do 360

O meu continua problemático, Não consigo bate foto, não consigo baixar o placar de líderes nas atividades e quando vou criar um personagem no online o jogo trava. Tá muito zuado aki

Sempre que tento baixar um jogo da o erro 0x800700e9 e em outros 0x80080206 ou 0x80073cf0 não consigo baixar nenhum jogo do game pass mas consigo baixar aplicativos na Windows store normalmente

Boa tarde, estou tendo problemas em baixar um jogo do xbox 360, essa semana comprei pelo marketplace, mas sempre que tento baixa-lo aos 79 - 80% ele interrompe e exibe a mensagem de que nao foi poasivel concluir o download, ja li aqui no forum que deveria resetar as configurações de rede e tentar novamente, mas ainda sim continua o mesmo problema. Como esta dentro do prazo de 7 dias da compra, eu quero o reembolso so valor e irei buscar uma midia física do mesmo jogo.

E caso me mandem o link da pagina de reembolso, ela esta fora do ar e suporte ninguem atende, retorna ou abre um chat, a única opção é o fórum.

Before going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the link I was referring to, I would like you to go through the following steps to clear your Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

To request a refund on the game, please access http://xbox.com/refunds and sign in with the account and then select "Request a refund for a digital purchase" after that, manually check the orders for purchase and Choose the reason the most suitable for your request.
