Please be aware that if you are having an issue, it is recommended that you uninstall and reinstall the app.

Possible work around for error code 807b0193. No items in browse apps, Can not search and no way to download deleted app*

Xbox 360

1. Make sure you are logged in using a profile you used previously to download whatever app you need.

2. Scroll to settings

3. Then Account

4. Then Download History

5. Scroll until you see the app

6. Follow on screen instructions from there.

7. Say thank you, it has taken me a while to find this

This is a known issue. Media apps not working on the Xbox 360. We appreciate you letting us about this matter. Xbox engineers are currently working on this on the back end. They are working as quickly as possible to get this resolved so as to be able to
use those apps once more.

As of now there is not a concrete resolution for us to get this up and running, but rest assured, we're working to get this situated.

Solutions

To resolve this problem, try the following solutions. If the first solution doesn't work, go to the second solution.

Solution 1: Confirm your connection to Xbox Live

Using the links at Xbox Live: Networking to confirm that you're not experiencing connectivity problems and that the Xbox Live service isn't temporarily down.

Solution 2: Wait a few hours and try again

If the Xbox Live service is temporarily down, wait a few hours and then try to download your profile again.

To download your Xbox Live profile, see Download, move, or delete your Xbox Live profile.

If you keep experiencing the problem, contact Xbox Support.

Same issue when I try to access my Netflix app I get an error code 807b0193, when I try to search for the app I get an error code 403

i can't access my hulu or netflix apps on my xbox 360 - I get an error code that is not recognized (807B0193). It says there's a problem with the Xbox service. Is anyone having this issue?
