Não consigo abrir Youtube pelo xbox360

Olá por delicadeza, quando tento acessar Youtube, no meu console xbox360, aparece uma mensagem que não está disponível no momento, para eu tentar mais tarde, Isso acontece desde o ano passado, segui as orientações do suporte
para excluir o Youtube e reinstalar novamente, Mas continua dando a Mesma mensagem, o que posso fazer então?

"It seems you've found a glitch in the system."

Pelo xbox360 não consigo acessar as opções de pagamento. Abre uma janela de erro no hub -> Account -> Payment options

eu não consigo abrir os jogos ele pede um aplicativo q eu não tenho e não consigo achar um aplicativo para baixar

Have you linked your YouTube account to your Gamertag? If so, can you try unlinking it from YouTube, deleting the app, clearing cache three times, and then re-installing the app? Let us know if that helps with your trouble
