Não consigo abrir o jogo the crew 2 [Mod Translation - I can't open the game the crew 2]

This error code appears to be related with network connectivity. I would first recommend that you test your multiplayer connection first to verify that you are not currently experiencing any intermittent connection issues.

2. Select System > Settings > General >
   Network settings.

não consigo abrir o jogo, ele parece congelado na abertura, o que era feita de forma fácil até 13/05/15, aguardo resposta, se possível em português Brasil

eu também não consigo iniciar outros jogos mas forza é o maior "problema" que tenho.

Tenho o windows 10 atualizado e não me aparece nenhum erro apenas tento abrir o jogo aparece forza horizon e fecha-se automaticamente e eu já instalei o jogo o unico problema é mesmo iniciar o jogo.

Eu ainda não consigo baixar os jogos de xbox 360 no meu xbox one. Aparece o mesmo aviso.
