I recently bought the Xbox one with the "name your game" option. I went to the site xbox.com/name-your-game and entered my code and selected my game. I completed all information and it said an email would be sent in 5-10 minutes. That was last week.
I never received an email and when I try again it says the redemption code has already been redeemed.

I tried using the 16 digit code I was provided, but it wants 25? Can someone share some advice?

 

You need to enter the 16 digit code at
microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame in order to choose the game you want. Then you will receive a 25 digit code for the game.
