I never received an email with digital download code

I sorry you have had this issue with the code and with the support you have received so far on this matter

The name your game bundle is handled by a 3rd party team that you do contact on the site with the form you filled out. A reply is normally 3 days but it is bank holiday so do give it a few more days. Also from experience the issue with not getting the code
via email is that the email was sent but went to the spam folder so be sure to check that it will be from Helloworld so you may want to search that.

I bought a bundle with a name-your-game promotion. I chose Forza Motorsport 6, and entered the code on the website as requested. I was to receive a code back to enter in to receive the game. It didn't come. Two days later, I contacted support via webchat.
After 30 minutes of telling me to check my email, log in and out, turn the box on and off, check my account, log out of my account, log back into my account, the person finally told me I had to fill out a form to tell them I did not get the code. That form
promised a resolution within 3 days. It's now been 3 days, and nothing. I called X-box support. The representative told me I need to call the game developers, and turn my x-box off and back on again. I give up. I guess I was ripped off by Microsoft -
they've outsourced the fulfillment of this bundle, and then leave it to the customer to beg to whomever will listen to get what they paid for. Pitiful support - pitiful sales and marketing.
