On Saturday, 14 Oct I purchased a new Xbox One and got a "Full Game Download" code included in the console box. I entered the code to xbox.com/name-your-game as instructed and received the prompt of "you should receive your game code in approx. 24 hours."

After this, I waited 24 hours, did not receive the game code so I contacted customer support. At the time, the representative said it could take an additional day or two, but I would get a callback in 2 days (Tuesday) as a followup.

After not getting a callback, I contacted customer support again and was told it could take up to 7 days for the code to populate, but I would get a call back in 2 days (Friday) as a followup.

Again, after not getting a callback, I called again on Monday the 24th (today) and have gotten nothing so far besides "hold please."

I simply would like the code for the game and to have this issue be resolved.

I sorry you have had this issue with the code and with the support you have received so far on this matter

The name your game bundle is handled by a 3rd party team that you do contact on the site with the form you filled out. A reply is normally 3 days but it is bank holiday so do give it a few more days. Also from experience the issue with not getting the code
via email is that the email was sent but went to the spam folder so be sure to check that it will be from Helloworld so you may want to search that.
