Name your game - no game code and and no support answer recieved

Last week I made a purchase over xbox.com/name-your-game. Everything filled properly, chose the game (Tomb raider), got the "Rhank your for choosing Tomb raider screen (got printscreen), but I never got any game code. Nothing in my inbox, spam, junk, etc...
Tryed to contact support over https://microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame/faq.html three times!! But nobody replyed, never!! Contacted xbox support on Twitter 3 times as well and - gues what - no answer at all!! I'm desperate! What should I do to get my
game, what else?? Can anyone help, pleeeaaseee?!

I agree but fire all of them on both Microsoft and Xbox sides.

 

You would need to try filling out the form again. That is the only place to receive assistance for that offer.

 

I did that 3 times! Do you think I should do that again and again an again?

 

Can anyone help, please!? I've sent another message, still no reply :/ I'm not stupid, I know how to use another support possibilities, but when no one is answering, it makes me sad and angry. How could Microsoft or its partners suggest you to contact them
if you have troubles and then screw with you...

 

I cant do it repeatedly if nobody replies. This is realy stupid answer, pardon me. Its like you keep calling when the other side doesnt pick up the phone... Imagine to be at my situation, will you keep filling still the same form if you know that nobody
will answer? There is a note saying they will answer within 3 bussiness days, 4 questions, no answer within more than a week.

Hallo Mister Beep, thank you for your answer! I was able to solve my problem today with Xbox telephone assistance. It was hard and took almost a whole day but we found a solution. Just for your information, I got no answers thru mentioned support page since
my first attempt, and that is pretty sad :/ But as I said, my problem is solved, so, please, feel free to lock this thread.

I am having the exact same problem as Martin, if there's a quicker solution than waiting a couple of days please let me know.

P.S I called 3 different Xbox One Support representatives and none of them were capable of solving this issue.

solved. Try to wait a while, maybe they will contact you too.. If not, let me know, I will give you the contact to a man from support who wrote me, ok?

I guess I'm just going to wait it out. It's really annoying that its going to take several days as oppose to the 5-10 minutes mentioned on the website, and its also pretty pathetic that Microsoft would let such an issue persist for so long.

 

I totaly understand your frustation. How long it is since you redemeed your promo code?
