    Name your game- no email received


    I did not receive an email for my forza redemption code when I entered my name your game 16 digit code that came from the name your game 500 Gb xbox bundle. I entered the code around the 24th or 25th of December and it said i would get an email within 24
    hours, however it never sent the email. The game code says it has expired on the card, and i never received the game code.

    When you receive a forced name change they do no send you an email. They just change the name. The warning you receive is the code of conduct you agree to when you create your account. You will have to pay to change your name to something else.

    If this is the name your game bundle, you need to enter that code into a website and choose your game, then you will receive the code for the game you choose via email.
