So I got my Xbox a while back and it came with a name your game code in the box. I attempted to activate the code and I didn't seem to get the email in my inbox I even looked in the spam folder and now it says this code is already redeemed.

A live chat representative sent me here the reference number is stated below.

Same here, connection problem. I use Mozilla. Had no problem til the last few days, worse today.
