we purchased the xbox 1 name your game bundle and have entered the code online to obtain a code that can be redeemed on the console. We still havent received the email and its been 3 days. I have been on online chat and they cannot assist. I have sent
a request to support and its been 2 days and still no response

i havent had a response on here either but others have!! Not great customer service so far!
