    Hi, I put in my account email to redeem the code to my account but it sent an email with another code to that email address which is dead and I cannot access. I need to get a new code or something so I can redeem my tomb raider game with my new system.

    Promo game code sent to the wrong email address

    My email address was incorrect so when I entered my 16-digit Name your Game code, it sent the 25-digit code to that wrong/non-existing email address.

    Accidentally wrote wrong email address for name your game. The accident email does not exist

    I was claiming one of the games for name your game, and I had written the email address incorrectly, this email address also does not exist, I accidentally added 1 to the end of the email address name, is it possible to recover the redemption code, and have
    it sent to my actual email

    - When you click CONFIRM, an automated email with a security code is sent to the current email on the account, and an Enter Security Code window will appear. Don't close this window.

    - In the current email on your Epic Games account, find the email with the security code, and enter the code into the pop-up window. Note: The email title will be “Your Security Code.” If you can’t find this email, check your spam folders.

    - Click CONTINUE.
