Name Your Game code for Forza 6

I havent been able to recieve a game code for forza 6 and its been a few days. i already redeemed the code to receive a game code and still nothing. I would assume i would have it by now as it says within 24 hours.

Name your game bundle did not receive game code

I redeemed my code at xbox.com/name-your game to receive the game code for the game Forza 6 on April 1, 2016 but I have not yet received the game code?

 

Didn't receive redeemable code from my name your game bundle

I 'receive the redeemable code for Forza motorsport 6. I got the name your game bundle, I went onto xbox.com/name-your-game.com, filled out all of the correct information and never received the 25 character code in my email for me to install my game.

i filled that out and the customer service on xbox said to fill this thread out too

 

ive been suggested by people through xbox that just sends me around in a circle with no answer and ive been going out of my way just to receive something that was apperently suppose to come with the xbox one that i bought and still nothing.
