Name Your Game Bundle

I received the Xbox One Name Your Game bundle on Friday, February 12. It comes with a card which tells me to go to xbox.com/name-your-game. So I put in my email and other information as well as the redemption code. It then said I would be emailed on how
to retrieve my game and to follow the steps on the email. It is now Monday and I have yet to receive an email. I have checked every folder multiple times a day and I have even checked my Xbox. I have contacted four people from Xbox and my issue has still not
been resolved. I shouldn't have to wait three + days to play a game I should have received for free the day I got my xbox.

Name your game bundle

Cannot use the name your game bundle that came with the Xbox and just got an email saying:

"Dear valued customer,We wanted to make you aware that the name your game download code has been extended to 3.31.17 (although the printed date on the download card shows 12.31.16). "

I bought a bundle last week, entered the code for my included game (choose forza 6).

And still waiting the code i should receive by email. Contacted HelloWorld service; no response from them.

Trying here to get what i paid for.
