Name your game bundle - how to get my free game??

Just got my console set up but no idea how to download my free game. There was a card for gears of war but nothing for the other games and can't find anything in the store or anywhere else in the console about getting my free game. I want the Tomb raider
game. Tried going into it in the store but shows a price. I don't want my account charged for trying. There's no instructions anywhere. Is there something missing from the box??

Never recieved my Name Your Bundle Game Code? Help?

For the name your bundle xbox bundle , I never recieved the code for the free digital game. Anyway to fix this or get help?

 

You should have received a 16 digit code. You would then need to enter the code on this website -
microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame and you are given the option to choose the game and they will send you a code for the game.

 

We got nothing with a 16 digit code, just the Gears Of War 25 digit codes that is also mentioned on the box. We've gone through the box several times and there was nothing else in there.

 

You'll need to contact the retailer you purchased the console from for an exchange then.

 

Are you sure that the bundle is for the name your game bundle? You already received a free gears of war code so I doubt there's a promotion code for another game to claim. Unless I missed the part where you still get a free code(25 digit code) aside from
the name your game process.

 

We're not returning the console. Updates are all done and it took overnight just for one game. Not going through that again. The store we got it from doesn't normally stock this item so we wouldn't be able to get a replacement from there. The box indicates
name your game as well as free gears of war beta download. I have been in contact with Microsoft and so far it looks like there is something missing. There's supposed to be a second card for the name your game part.
