    "Name your game bundle" game is gone after Xbox factory restore


    I have the Xbox one name your game bundle and I redeemed the game that I chose using the code I was given, I had a problem with my xbox so I factory restored it, and now I can't find the game I redeemed. Is my game gone or is there a way I can get
    it back?

    Hi,

    Support told me to post here. I never received a game with my xbox one "name your game bundle" I contacted the game rangers on a link (https://microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame/faq.html?locale=en_US&country_code=us) that
    has been provided in other threads about a week ago and was told I would get a response within 3 working days however I have still not heard anything.

    Thanks for posting back. This time, let's try a
    Factory Restore on your Xbox One console    , selecting 'Keep my games & apps'. That way you won't have to reinstall your games after restoring.
