    I recently purchased an Xbox One with the Name Your Game Bundle and when I went to take the sticker off the card to redeem the code it ripped off some of the characters and I can no longer use the code. I contacted Microsoft Support three times and it was
    no help, what do I do? How do I get my code or a new code?

    Are you sure that the bundle is for the name your game bundle? You already received a free gears of war code so I doubt there's a promotion code for another game to claim. Unless I missed the part where you still get a free code(25 digit code) aside from
    the name your game process.
