Name that game PLZE its doing my head in

Hi peeps thanks for helping out if you have a mind to and please forgive my spelling. Ok so i was playing dues ex on my xbox one a game i played through on my 360 several years ago and i wondered has to what other games were similar. After browsing i came
across some footage of a game called dues ex the fall. I am fairly sure thats not the game i need a name for by the way. In this footage i noticed a augment power that allowed things to be highlighted example a bottle on a table would have a white outline.
Thats when it happened memory of a game played rushed into my mind only fragments mind. First off let me say ive been a gamer for over 40 years had every consul pre pc computer amiga ect thats been out there and ive played so many games in that time this may
only be a mish mash of a couple of games or somthing ive dreamt i dont know. So lets to it i'm going to recall the first level of this game best i can and throw in a few other little things i remeber. First off let me say ive watched all opening levels to
the dues ex games on youtube and none fit what i'm about to describe unless ive missed one. Ok the game starts with you in a darkened room its shabby dusty not been lived in for a while paper all over the place junk everywhere the window is partialy boarded
letting in moon light. You are bound to a chair via your wrists and there is a guy standing in front of you punching you in the face. After the second or third punch a on screen prompt appears telling what to press in order to free your bonds and take out
the guy. Now this level what i remember of it is like all other games it's a tutorial on how to jump duck ect. You make your way out of the room and follow a corridor with the same amount of paper debri broken furniture ect and i think but not sure this is
where you learn to high light like in the fall only this time the out line is green and has more contexual info than that i saw in the fall clip. You find some stairs and make your way down and come across another foe who you take out from behind and get your
first weapon a pistol 45 auto i think. Bit fuzzy next bit but you find yourself on a balcony with part of the wall has come down and here you learn your crouch button to go through the hole in the debri upon doing so you come across three (i think its three)
automated floating orb things floating on the outside of the balcony with torch like beams comming from them. Now this is the stealth tutorial but i believe you can if you wish take them out i seem to remeber dying here once or twice i also believe one of
your augments or powers allows you to interact but you dont have enough power to do so. The next scene i remember is in an apartment building making ones way up stairs. There kinda in a spirial layout a square like set you walk up a set turn 90 deg walk a
couple of meeters turn 90 deg you get my drift. Now some of the enterence to the stairs a bared by metal gates so you have to take another rout in this section there are what i can only describe has riot ploice type guys all in black uniforms marine type black
helemets and i think gas mask like masks. Here you learn how to use a rifle you procure and also another power which i believ allows you to highlight foes behind balcony solid railings.The next thing i can recall is basicaly the end of the level you find your
self on a roof which you walk along and are presented with your usual fmv cut sceene which shows you fall through the roof and i think through the floor of that level you go forward a bit open a door and your in a room with a woman inside also various bits
of electronic equpment including a slanted black couch with six screens around the head part two on left two behind two to the right these are similar to what i call stark screens there simply plains of glass where info can be seen on them. On the wall is
a large screen. The female asks you to sit in the couch were she starts to mess with your powers or augments and you given the opertunity to upgrade one. I think but cant be sure there is another male who enters the room from what i remember you dont get on.
Some kinda compition thing. Another man apepears on the screen gives you your next mission. Thats basicaly all i remeber of the first level. Dont remeber much more about the game apart from in some levels there are inhibitors that stop you from using your
powers your radar ect goes all fuzzy. I remember other little things but there more like stills images of areas like a train yard with yellow like jcb vehacles in here you find a enternce to a large fraight elevator that stops before you get to the level.
I remeber spending about an hour trying to figure this out and it turned out to be fairly simple in the end (aint it always) in fact when you manage to get out of the elevator this is one of the levels with a inhibitor. I hope those of you who might and have
taken the time to read my long text can please put me out of my missery. Thank you.

i was thinking fallout at first untill you mentioned the orbs then i was thinking may be one of the splinter cells's....

but im sorry not sure.

may have dreamt it who knows!!! sounds hell of a game though!

 

I wonder if you mean Deus Ex Human Reveloution, (I know you mentioned Dues Ex at the top sorry). In that all the items had a yellow-y tinge around them etc.
