    Hi I would like you to know that the new name system is dodgy as I accidentally clicked confirm and now I have a dumb name so if you could be able to find a way give back to consumers who have made their names by accident or have not read the notessuch as
    a name change that would be greatly appreciated thanks

    I'm confused. You don't read the notes, make a dumb name, confirm that dumb name, and then blame it on a dodgy system?

    You can try to contact customer support. But, to be honest, I don't like your chances. A reversal system would just end up being abused by people, unfortunately.

    Your best shot would probably be to look up the phone number for your local support center and explain your situation to them.

    Sorry sad to say its no way to reverse this process. Once name picked and claimed its yours.

    Microsoft cannot reverse this charge as the funds haven't been claimed, the money is still with your bank. The charge will automatically reverse back to your account within 5-7 business days.
