    Hello fellow users, I seem to be within a predicament at the moment. I had recently had my name changed to uh

    ""

    From the name of

    "DeezKnots420"

    Usually I wouldn't have a problem with this, but for adding friends, outside of xbox, and trying to do many other tasks which require me to input my new name, the 215388, is quite the Hassel. Never the less... I also am a bit confused as to why my name was
    changed. I can understand if I was being toxic, but that doesn't mean my name should be changed? Besides, when I made the account, Xbox LET me use the name, and I had that Alias for quite sometime.

    If any like, xbox support people/person(s) could help me, I would be obligated to negotiate, I'd love to have my original name back, but if it was because of the 420, could I have it changed back to DeezKnots1337?? because I have no longer been getting
    myself into toxic incidents, and I feel as if I had already paid for my actions with my 1 week communications ban. Should I have to pay money now? Anyways, thank you to whomever may read this, and sorry in advance!

    Name Change

    When you called phone support, they should have been able to help you there. I don't think the forum/chat team would be able to make those changes. I would probably suggest calling phone support back, tell them that your full name(if it is your full name)
    is in your gamertag and would like it changed.

    For information about why you were given a forced gamertag change, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com You can also try submitting a case review there. If they uphold their decision, you will need to pay to change your gamertag. That is per the code of conduct you agreed to.

    Forgot to mention sometimes if you make spaces it may look different But Then system treats it Then same without spaces just replace some characters
